In a medium mixing bowl add the almond flour, swerve, melted better, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, xanthan gum, and egg, then mix everything together. A little tip I found helpful is cut your slices and store each slice in a different container. Fresh blueberries are best, but frozen will work as well.
